Ifeyinwa Ighodalo is a respected entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience building and leading successful Nigerian businesses. She holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is the founder of Design Options Ltd., one of Nigeria’s first indigenous furniture manufacturing companies.
She is also the CEO of DO II Designs Limited, a brand that continues to redefine premium furniture and interior solutions in West Africa.
Ifeyinwa has contributed significantly to women’s leadership and business development through her roles as a Founder and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of WIMBIZ, and as a member of the Board of Trustees of IDAN. She also serves on various school boards.
She is the proud mother of a budding serial entrepreneur and is happily married to Asue Ighodalo.
Tony Edeh is a highly accomplished Financial Analyst and Venture Capitalist, currently serving as the GMD/CEO of Norrenberger. His expertise spans investment and portfolio management, financial risk management, strategy, operations, and impact investing.
He has executed major transactions across Oil & Gas, Power, Agriculture, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Technology, and Financial Services.
Tony graduated as the overall best student from the University of Ilorin with a degree in Computer Science. He holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School (France & Singapore), where he was an INSEAD–Goldman Sachs Scholar. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and sits on several corporate boards.
Mark Phelps is a seasoned FMCG executive with over 30 years of experience building premium brands and high-performing teams. In 1999, after his employer exited the U.S. market, he co-founded InnovAsian Cuisine, transforming it from a struggling operation into a category leader. Under his leadership, the company achieved 20x revenue growth in twelve years.
The original owner later returned to acquire a majority stake, retaining Mark as a board member—a testament to the company’s strength and direction. Mark fully exited the business in 2019, leaving behind a solid operation generating $150M in annual turnover.
Today, he coaches entrepreneurs through the Seed Coaching Program. He enjoys life with his wife, Susan, their four children, and a golden retriever.
Kemi Ogunleye is a seasoned marketing communications and brand strategy professional with more than 20 years of experience. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Houston, Texas, and began her career at Hill Holliday, a global advertising agency in Boston.
She has worked across multiple sectors, including telecommunications and financial services, where she has led brand-building initiatives, marketing strategy, and corporate communications.
Kemi is also the Creator & Host of Chrystallis Conversations, a platform inspiring personal growth and transformation for women and purpose-driven individuals.
